With more than a decade of corporate experience, including seven years in a regional leadership role within the media and music industry, Chadrick has built a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and volunteer alignment. Stephenie is a seasoned M&A advisor with over 10 years of experience in financial transactions spanning mergers and acquisitions, fundraising strategy, restructuring, project financing, and business valuation. With a strong focus on the chemicals, energy, and utilities sectors, she has successfully led end-to-end deal execution for both buy-side and sell-side mandates, managing transactions valued up to USD 10 billion—including complex debt and equity advisory across global markets.
Her investment banking background includes tenures at top-tier firms in London, Singapore, and Malaysia, where she collaborated with Fortune 500 corporations, private equity firms, and government-linked entities. Stephenie’s cross-border transaction expertise covers North and South America, Europe, and Asia, making her a trusted partner for international financial deals.
